Life Changing . . . Structured, Yet Personal

Tre and Megan Crume were married in April 2020 and he completed his Th.M. at Dallas Theological Seminary the next month.  A former collegiate athlete, Tre invested in students with FCA during his seminary years. Tre and Megan are now blessing teenagers as they lead the youth ministry at a church in Carrollton, Texas. Here is Tre’s perspective on his experience with Launching Multipliers!.

The impact of the overall experience has been life-changing. Not only did it enhance my relationship with God and others, but it also enhanced my relationship with my wife. The simple, yet challenging aspect of being in Default Mode (our flesh response) or in Dependence Mode (dependence upon the work and person of Jesus Christ) has transformed my mindset in daily life. Dr.Horton’s care, support, and insight made me feel valued and encouraged after every session. Each conversation was structured enough to be taken seriously, yet personal enough that I wanted to become a better man. This discipleship process is one that I will continue to recommend to others as well as a process that I will replicate within my own ministry.
