Launching multipliers has impacted every area of my life. This approach places an emphasis on the individual and personal transformation.  

As a father of seven, a former adjunct seminary professor and now a pastor with 20 years of active ministry,  this is by far one of the most catalytic things I’ve done. So much so, it is the strategy for reproducing multipliers in our church.
