Launching Multipliers!
Terri recently asked one of her mentees, Hope Howell of Eagles View Church in Saginaw (Texas) to share a brief comment on their time together going through Launching Multipliers!  Now that Hope is mentoring another pastor’s wife at EVC, we appreciate Jessica Broom’s meaningful comments as well.  What an exciting, joyful privilege to invest purposefully in people’s lives and then watch as they go and do the same in the lives of others.

Being part of a mentoring relationship and being personally discipled has strengthened my relationship and spiritual walk with the Lord. As a pastor’s wife, I found that even though I have been in church my entire life, my understanding of God’s truths was strengthened and I was able to go into greater depths in my faith through our conversations together. Now, as an equipped mentor, I have been blessed to come alongside my mentee to provide the same encouragement and lead her into a deeper dive into God’s Word.

I’m so thankful for this Launching Multipliers! curriculum. I’ve known and walked with Jesus for quite some time and deeply value discipleship. As a pastor’s wife, it has been so long since I’ve had the absolute joy of someone pouring into me through mentoring. I’ve been so encouraged and my walk with Jesus strengthened as we walked together through these Scriptures. Jesus has used it to cut through the noise of life and really equip me to live my faith from a sound theological foundation. Having focused time with my mentor as we prayed and dove into the Scriptures together encouraged my heart and soul. Those moments strengthened me to keep in step with the Spirit as I love my husband, parent, and work in the community. (Jessica Broom also of Eagles View Church)
